  • Founder, owner, and director of The Next Right Thing, an outpatient community behavioral health program (established 2007)

  • Clinical Director of numerous programs since 1992

  • Mother of five children with differing abilities

  • Specializes in motivational interviewing techniques, harm reduction program start-ups, implementation, staff retention and education, family reunification and retention, and offender re-entry

Kristin Gorman, MA, LPCC

  • Earned an MA in Community Counseling from Xavier University in 2010

  • Clinical counseling services provider since 2006

  • Providing professional training since 2018

  • Self-employed dual diagnosis therapist specializing in child development, trauma, mental health symptomatology, and dual diagnosis treatment

  • Passionate about social justice, trauma recovery, and assisting clients in achieving their individual goals
